Although the Foamposite Air Force 1 isn’t scheduled to release until August 14th it seems some retailers will be releasing them a little earlier then expected. West in NYC posted an image of the shoes earlier today mentioning that they’re coming soon and now Sneaker Palace in the Bronx has done the same, giving mention how they’ll be releasing the shoes within the first week of August. As you should know by now this is the first time Foamposite material has ever been used on an Air Force 1, giving the sneakers a one-piece upper which still maintains the outlines of each panel. The lace tabs, heel tab and heel spine are the only panels not smothered in Foamposite. Instead these areas use black nubuck for a touch of contrast against the silver Foamposite. The feedback has been pretty mixed from the community. Some people are loving the idea and have ever intention to add a pair to their collection. Others finding them disgusting and a disgrace to Air Force’s and Foamposite’s and wish they never existed. Then there’s those who hate em but love em due to their rarity and uniqueness when it comes to Air Force One’s.

Retailers who do receive the sneakers will only be getting a limited quanity, so if you’ve got you’re heart set on getting a pair you better try and get your John Hancock on a pair now or possibly be ready to pack a bag for a night of camping out.
