JESUS SAVES aka SPAIN was born in west islip long island in 1974. In 1977, his parents moved to Bushwick, Brooklyn, bringing 3 year old SPAIN with them.

He grew up on Knickerbocker ave., towards Hancock street. By the age of 13, SPAIN started making friends in school and hung out with some MSD peeps.

Around that time he was infleunced by graffiti artists such as JA, SMITH, SANE, SHOW, SEPT, JOZ, EASY, CHEO, SMG,  JEL, WEB, ROD, AUDIE,NASH, SONI, SLICK and a couple of other U5 crews as well. B...

I was born in a small city and I still live here, ITARARE,SAO PAULO,BRASIL!

I was always interested in graffiti and drawings...when i was younger i went to Sao Paulo and saw graffiti on rooftops, walls, buses, trains, cars, everywhere!! I went fckin crazy!

I grew up and started drawing some letters and then I entered the graffiti world.

I got some sprays and started to paint my yard in my house...just trash, then i went to the streets.
