A GRAFFITI vandal was caught yellow-handed by police after tell-tale paint on his fingers linked him to a tagging spree at Morphettville.

Police saw the 19-year-old dumping a paint spray can in bushes on Hendrie St, about 8.30pm on Saturday.

His hands were allegedly covered in yellow paint and he admitted to police he had been painting graffiti in the area.

He then took police on a tour to show them his handiwork.

He was charged with four counts of marking graffiti, carrying a graffiti instrument and other street offences.

He was bailed to appear in court later.
