party -- the event was part of a legal celebration hosted
annually by TerraCycle, the Trenton-based company that
converts biodegradable waste into high-yield fertilizer.

The suspected graffiti vandal, dubbed the “BZR Bandit” for
“tagging” a prolific number of buildings in town, often in
seemingly acrobatic feats to leave his “BZR” signature at prominent
