PITTSFIELD -- A 30-year-old man has been charged with 199 counts of property vandalism for allegedly leaving his graffiti tag on a series of city structures spanning a 10-month period. D**** M. J**** Jr. of Plunkett Street, Pittsfield, pleaded not guilty to the charges on Monday when he was arraigned in Central Berkshire District Court. Lady Aiko is among the street artists who have traveled to Los Angeles for a MOCA exhibit on the movement. Aiko Nakagawa, a.k.a.
